Transfer Tower - Adhesive Delivery System

The Transfer Tower supports up to a 1,500 lb. shipping container above a hopper feeder for fast dispensing of adhesive.  The transfer tower includes level control for convenient adhesive monitoring.

An optional Stand Vibrator is designed to keep adhesive pellets from bridging thus flowing freely into the transfer tower.

Overview

• Heavy duty stainless steel angle construction with eight support opints that match the shipping container's eight support feet.
• Level-control system that alerts the line operator when the shipping container needs to be replaced.
• When the hot melt units request adhesive, both the external (optional) and internal vibrator packages are activated.
• Spring-loaded transfer-funnel assembly that establishes a seal between the transfer-funnel assembly and the shipping container.
• Adhesive dispensing raised platform permits wash-down under the dispensing container.
